Payment and Refund Policy
Last updated: 15 October 2026
Scope of the Policy
This Payment and Refund Policy applies to all purchases of access to Course A, a professional resource dedicated to studio production in motion. It covers studio equipment setup, dynamic camera operation, lighting and sound waves, and creating smooth, high-quality workflows for television news and live shows. The policy governs transactions made through the website operated by headzenix for customers in the United Kingdom.
Prices, Currencies, Taxes and Additional Charges
All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include value added tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate unless otherwise stated. Any additional charges such as transaction fees imposed by payment providers will be shown clearly before you complete your purchase. headzenix reserves the right to adjust prices, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Accepted Payment Methods, Authorisation and Security
We accept major credit and debit cards, bank transfers and other secure methods displayed at checkout. Payment is authorised at the time of order. All transactions are processed through secure third-party gateways compliant with PCI DSS standards. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Order Confirmation and Contract Formation
When you submit an order you will receive an email acknowledgement. A binding contract is formed only when we send a confirmation email accepting your order. Access credentials or digital materials are then provided subject to the terms of this policy.
Cancellation Rights
Under UK consumer law you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase during which you may cancel for any reason. Cancellation must be notified in writing. If you have started accessing digital content during this period you may lose the right to cancel once access begins.
Refund Eligibility, Exclusions and Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are available for cancellations within the cooling-off period where no substantial access has occurred. Non-refundable items include any personalised services, promotional bundles already redeemed, or content downloaded after the cooling-off period has expired. Services already performed are excluded from refund.
Step-by-Step Procedure to Request a Refund
To request a refund email [email protected] with your order number, full name, and reason for the request. Include any supporting information such as transaction reference. Requests must be made within the applicable time limits.
Inspection, Approval, Rejection and Notification
Upon receipt of your request headzenix will review it within ten working days. You will be notified by email whether the refund is approved or rejected and the reasons for any rejection. Additional information may be requested to complete the assessment.
Refund Method, Processing Time and Receipt of Funds
Approved refunds are issued using the original payment method. Processing typically takes five to ten working days after approval, although it may take up to fourteen days for funds to appear in your account depending on your bank or card issuer.
Special Rules for Digital Content, Subscriptions and Services
Access to Course A digital materials begins immediately upon confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Promotional offers are subject to their own terms and may not be eligible for refund once redeemed.
Failed Payments, Duplicate Charges, Chargebacks and Suspected Fraud
If a payment fails you will be notified and given the opportunity to retry. Duplicate charges will be investigated and refunded where verified. Chargebacks or suspected fraudulent activity may result in immediate account suspension and investigation. headzenix cooperates with authorities in cases of fraud.
Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. These rights cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
